TERMS OF SERVICE

The TAMAP website allows customers to purchase and download digital travel guides.

By using this website and placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service as well as the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Nature of the Service

TAMAP sells digital editorial content dedicated to travel. The products are intended for personal use.

The information contained in the guides is prepared with care based on first-hand travel experience, research and information available at the time of writing or updating.

However, travel conditions may change. Prices, schedules, entry requirements, regulations, access conditions, transportation, accommodation and local circumstances may be modified independently of TAMAP.

Customers remain responsible for checking all essential travel information with the relevant authorities and service providers before departure.

Access to Files

Digital products are made available after payment has been confirmed through a download link.

The customer is responsible for storing the downloaded file and ensuring that their device is compatible with PDF files.

Intellectual Property

The guides, texts, photographs, illustrations, layouts and other editorial content provided by TAMAP are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a guide grants only a personal and private right of use.

Unless prior written authorization has been obtained, it is specifically prohibited to:

• reproduce or redistribute all or part of a guide;
• publicly share the file or its download link;
• resell or otherwise make the product available to third parties;
• commercially exploit all or part of its content.

Service Availability

TAMAP uses reasonable efforts to ensure access to the store and digital products. Temporary interruptions may nevertheless occur, including for maintenance, updates or due to technical incidents beyond its control.
